As a delivery station liaison, you will contribute to enhancing the client experience by giving on-the-spot assistance to guarantee that clients receive their items as promised, on-time, and in good condition. Additionally, the position will assist in putting clients in touch with professionals who can give them the most precise and recent information regarding their packages. Making sure we put smiles on our customers’ faces is just as important as fulfilling and delivering their goods.
You will be in charge of: as a Delivery Station Liaison.

an equivalent high school diploma
Customer service experience before
the capacity to efficiently prioritize work time in order to assure effectiveness
solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook and the Windows operating system
a working knowledge of several web browsers, database search, and instant messaging programs
an undergraduate degree or an equivalent level of work-related experience
mastery of communication techniques, both written and oral
a working knowledge of performance measures and how to create them to track changes over time in relation to key performance indicators
